Common questions.
Can I use my own brand name?
Yes. Your account owns a workspace, and the workspace can hold multiple separately named stores. Customers see the store brand, not the workspace name.
Can I bring my own domain?
That is the launch model. Building and previewing come first; a subscription will apply per store when you connect its domain and publish it. Final plans and prices have not been announced yet.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything — products, reels, drops, branding — is built in the admin. We never ask you to touch code, deploys, or DNS unless you want to.
How do payments work?
Tikyshop uses its platform Stripe sandbox to coordinate testing. Your workspace must connect a separate Stripe connected account for its stores. Tikyshop never treats the platform account as a merchant fallback.
Can one workspace run more than one store?
Yes. A workspace is the business and team boundary; each store has its own name, catalog and launch state. The planned subscription applies separately to each store you make live.
Can I upload videos and audio?
Yes. Reels support both video clips (MP4, WebM, MOV) and audio tracks (MP3, WAV, M4A). All hosted on AWS S3 under your store's namespace.
